I just love to make food for kids :) or have them making food with me. I have this 9 years old friend who some times calls and ask if she can come over and help me in the kitchen.
She specially loves my high speed blender. She puts all kind of fruits
and nuts + water and makes the most delicious smoothies.

We
went berry picking the other day and when we arrived back home she
asked if we could play with the blender and the blueberries. And so we
did. We made this delicious blueberries smoothie out of cashews and
some freshly picked blueberries. After drinking 2 glasses she was
filled :)
But there was some smoothie left and that we put in some really handy
ice cream molds.

This
ice cream is just brilliant as breakfast or as a small meal. My 14
years daughter and her friends just loves those after working out
or..........
love and blessing in the kitchen with your kids :)
