RAW Almond/Hazel Chocolate Milk

Almond/Hazel Chocolate Milk
1 c almonds, soaked over night
1 c hazel nuts, soaked over night
4 c water
1 Tbsp agave nectar or yacon syrup or 2 dates
2 Tbsp cacao
1 Tbsp coconut butter or extra virgin coconut oil
hint of vanilla powder/extract
pinch of Himalaya crystal salt
pinch of cayenne
Put the hazel + almonds + water in a blender and blend until the hazel/almonds are dissolved. Takes about 1 min in a high speed blender and 2-3 in a ordinary one. Strain the milk through a nut–milk bag. Put the milk in the blender again + the rest of the recipe and blend for about 1/2 more min. Look forward to ENJOY:)*
Keep the pulp for later use in other recipes like pates, desserts, crackers etc. A good way to keep it is to freeze the pulp.
