RAW Thai Salad

Thai Salad
handful mixed greens
1/2 c red cabbage, very thinly sliced
1 avocado, cut in cubes
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 stalk celery, cut into thin strips
1/2 c pinapple, cut in cubes
2-3 spring onion, thinly sliced
mung been sprouts
handful fresh cilantro
blend in a beautiful bowl

dressing:
1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c tamari or nama shoyu
1/4 c lime juice
1/2 kaffir lime leave
2-3 dates
1 inch frech ginger
1 clove garlic
himalaya salt
fresh chilli or flakes - how strong would you like it?
blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
